What are these sleeves and why do we need them for our commutes?
These are insulated neoprene sleeves designed to hug our iced drinks. They stop condensation from making a mess on our hands or our bags. They are perfect for anyone who hates watered-down coffee and soggy napkins while trying to navigate a busy morning commute.
How do we know which size will fit our daily coffee cup?
We offer a range of sizes to match the cups from our favorite coffee spots. We just look at the size of our usual order and choose the corresponding sleeve. They slide on easily in seconds, keeping our drinks chilled and our hands cozy through every subway transfer and station walk.
Can we return or exchange our order if it is not right?
We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If we are not satisfied, we can reach out for a refund or exchange within our thirty-day window. We aim to make our returns as simple and stress-free as the rest of our experience with us.
Does the material hold up during our hectic daily travels?
We craft these from thick, flexible neoprene with reinforced stitching to handle the bustle of our lives. They are made to stretch and fold without losing their shape, so we can toss them in our bags and use them over and over for all our future coffee runs.
Can we wash these if they get messy in our bags?
We definitely can. Since we use these every day, we keep them fresh by hand washing them in warm water. They dry quickly and are ready to go again for our next morning trip, saving us from using piles of wasteful paper napkins.
